Last updated: November 6, 2026

Create With Kaitlyn respects intellectual property rights and reviews reports of alleged copyright infringement involving material accessible through https://createwithkaitlyn.com/.

This policy explains how copyright owners and their authorized representatives can submit a complaint.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe material on our website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to:

Email: [email protected]
Subject: Copyright Infringement Notice

Your notice should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. For multiple works, provide a representative list where appropriate.
  3. Identification of the material you are reporting and enough information to locate it. Include the exact page URL and, where relevant, the direct image or download URL.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Providing clear URLs and identifying the original work helps us review your complaint.

Our Review Process

We review copyright complaints and may request additional information when necessary. Where appropriate, we will promptly remove or disable access to reported material.

If the material was submitted by another person, we may notify that person and share information from the complaint as necessary to address it. Notices may also be disclosed when required by law.

Removal during a review does not constitute a determination of ownership or liability.

Counter-Notifications

If material you submitted was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may contact us about submitting a counter-notification.

Where the statutory DMCA counter-notification process applies, a counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and agreement to accept service of process from the complainant or their agent. If you are outside the United States, the required consent concerns a judicial district in which the service provider may be found.

We may forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant. Where the statutory process applies, material may be restored between 10 and 14 business days after receipt, unless we receive notice of a qualifying court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringement

Where contributor or account features are available, we may restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Important Information

Submit a copyright complaint only if you own the relevant rights or are authorized to act for the owner. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notification may have legal consequences.

This policy does not establish that Create With Kaitlyn qualifies for any statutory safe harbor or that the email address above is a registered DMCA designated agent.
